BRISTOL – Avoiding slips and falls isn’t always easy – sometimes they are inevitable. However, there are a few basic strategies to prevent falls and reduce injury if a fall occurs. A free program, “How to Fall Safely,” will be held Wednesday, March 11, 10:30 a.m., at Bristol Senior Center, 240 Stafford Ave. Presenter will be Lisa Murawski, exercise physiologist, of GoodLife Fitness, the program sponsor.
